Landscapes

Titled Landscapes, this choral work is an original composition by Emily Peasgood, inspired by the art of the great nineteenth century landscape painter JMW Turner and American abstract artist Helen Frankenthaler. Landscapes explores the unity of art, music and poetry, the process of creating art and, themes of physical and emotional landscape. It is set for community choir, spoken voice, piano and flute, and is written in four movements.
