Anton French – Managing Director: Anton’s background spans advertising, design and cinematography, his work combines creativity with professional discipline. Together with our partners we tell meaningful stories that translate into lasting results.


Rowan French – Marketing Director: With a background in global politics and media strategy, Rowan combines analytical insight with creative thinking to deliver measurable results. His expertise in marketing and research has become a vital part of AF Film’s work, strengthening our ability to design campaigns that engage audiences and drive real impact.


Emma Lauder – Producer: Emma worked as a Manager in the NHS for over 20 years. She brings her extensive skills, clinical knowledge, and a love of the visual arts to her role as Producer for AF Film.
